Marguerite Harden
Board MemberMarguerite Harden works with local governments and their partners as the Local Resiliency Manager for the State Department of Local Affairs, Colorado Resiliency Office. She currently leads a team working on Colorado's first microgrids grant program (Microgrids for Community Resilience) and manages a regional resiliency planning and implementation process with over 150 rural jurisdictions across Colorado. She has over 15 years of experience leading social and environmental impact programs in nonprofit and government organizations. This includes three years launching a foundation in northern Virginia and five years directing a startup nonprofit program in Honolulu. She holds a Masters of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment and is a first generation college graduate.
