Directions to NOAA

Note: All visitors without federal ID badges must be pre-cleared with DOC security at least one day prior to the visit. Please let us know (wwa@noaa.gov) if you plan to come to NOAA for a meeting or presentation.

See the map below. From Denver/DIA, take Highway 36 west into Boulder, take the Baseline Road exit, turn left onto Baseline, then left at the next light (27th Way), then left at the next light (Broadway), then turn right on the next light (Rayleigh Rd).

Just up Rayleigh, pull off to the right to the Visitor Center (labeled "DOC") to get your visitor badge. Continue west on Rayleigh through the gate,
then just past the dogleg in Rayleigh, turn left into one entrances to the parking lot west of NOAA. There is 2-hour visitor parking in the first row, facing the building; if these are full, you can park anywhere in the lot not labeled for gov't vehicles, carpools, or hybrids. The main public entry is in the center of the building (marked with the green rectabgle); follow the pathway bisecting the parking lot, down the stairs to the entry.

The WWA staff and team members are on the first floor (same as entry), in the D wing, on the south end of the building. The PSD seminar room in which most team meetings are held is also in this wing, in 1D403. After you check in at the front desk, turn to your right (south), continue down that hall until you see a "D" sign overhead. Or just have the front desk call the person you are meeting, and have them meet you up front.
